Review Assist
The Story
Review AI-written code as fast as agents write it. Review Assist is a free, open-source MCP server that turns a coding agent
Review Assist Overview Blog Releases GitHub Dark Free, open-source AI code review
Review Assist puts a guided review on the pull requests your coding agent writes: what was asked, the assumptions to check first, what was tested and what wasn’t, and a walkthrough of the diff that says why each change is there.
It is written from the agent’s own session, before that context is lost, and checked against the diff: a change nothing explains gets flagged, not skipped. Free and open source.
