Introducing CraftCX

StartupLaunched September 2026

The Story

CraftCX helps support and product teams review AI support quality and find customer problems in the conversations their agents handle.

Support conversations tell you what customers need. They show where instructions cause confusion, which product tasks take too much effort, and what people keep asking for.

When your team handles those conversations directly, your team learns from your customers throughout the day. As AI takes on more of that work, fewer requests pass through a teammate's hands. You still need a way to understand what customers experience, and what they need.

We built CraftCX to help Support, Product and Engineering teams learn from the conversations their AI agents handle.

Practice SQL, Python, analytical judgment, and professional handoffs across nine browser-based workplace simulations. The Analyst places you inside Meridian Living Systems, a fictional products-and-services company. Across nine full assignments and a permanent weekly rotation of 16 Priority Briefs, you step into different analyst roles and confront what clean tutorials remove: unclear requests, competing clocks, unreliable grains, operational limits, and accountable handoffs.
