We obsess over getting your emails to the inbox (so you don't have to)
On the surface, it seems simple. You send an email, the recipient receives it … or do they? The deeper you dig the more you realize it’s a complicated thing to do well. You probably didn’t get into building products to think about email. We did. Weird, but here we are. We’re a team of email nerds with years of experience in the industry who simply love building great tools. We are intentionally lean, independent by conviction, and focused on one thing: building a modern email API you’ll genuinely enjoy using (and that’s affordable, too).
The email industry is full of giant corporations chasing revenue targets and startups eyeing their exit strategy. Being a customer in this game isn’t always fun. We believe in a better way of doing business.
We stand for fairness, calmness, and an inherently human approach (the world needs more of that!). We don't have investors. We don't do board meetings. We don't have any outside influences other than what our customers want, and we know we can build an amazing email experience together. Growth-at-all-costs playbooks? No thank you. Just a product people love and a sustainable company we’re proud of, that’s here for the long run. The Helo Team
